Preventing Duplicate Orders

    I’m using WC 3.09 and have a number of customers complaining about slow response times after submitting payment, and in some cases double orders. It would be great if WC could prevent the double orders, but I also need to figure out why WC is so slow in receiving the payment approval response. What is the best way to troubleshoot this problem?

    Edit: I’m using Simplify Commerce 1.0.4
