Prevent YouTube Auto-Embed

I have a page on my website where I list various resources. Included in the list are some links to YouTube videos. The problem is that WP keeps converting them to video previews. I want to have just the link to keep things standard and compact.

The site is on WordPress.com, so I cannot access any of the code for tweaking. If anyone has suggestions on how to prevent WP from doing this with only what I can access in the page editor and basic settings, I would appreciate it.
