Prevent duplicate entry from 404 Monitor

Currently RM keep logs of every 404 hit. In my case I’m getting 404 entry for the same URL multiple times (a lot). Is there anyway to keep just one?

Also, is there any hook for 404 monitor so I can exclude some of the 404 patterns?
For example:
I’m getting..

example.com/foo-post/false

wp-content/cache/min/1/wp-content/bs-booster-cache/8d0734ac74cd.css

those are completely invalid, I don’t want them to be recorded.
How can I prevent them for getting logged?
