• Very easy to use, but too aggressive for the premium version. Also,I was unable to disable the e-mail signup function at all.

    Hi,

Why were you not able to disable the e-mail function? Please just de-select the checkmark next to the email icon, and click on the link to confirm in the pop-up which appears.

Because unchecking the e-mail function left the e-mail icon in place, even going through the hoops to uncheck, which are incredibly annoying.

It shouldn’t. Do you have a cache plugin installed? That could be a reason why changes on the plugin’s settings page don’t take immediate effect on the front-end. If so, please disable it temporarily.

Also, please clear your browser cache: https://www.solutionbay.com/solutions/dont-know-how-to-clear-the-cache-1

    Does that work?

I have a cache plugin installed, and cleared it numerous times and refreshed the browser, and it STILL didn’t work. However, this doesn’t address the annoying process of trying to turn off the e-mail icon. I uninstalled your plugin and installed another social sharing plugin that actually works without any hassle, and is far less annoying than yours. I am not willing to spend the inordinate amount of time that it apparently would take to get yours to work properly. Consider all this as “feedback.”

    This is my last response.

This would be the first case where removing the email icon doesn’t work. We’re happy to look into this issue in your case.

If you don’t want to give us a chance to investigate, could you please reconsider the harsh review? If it is only because of the few clicks you had to make, then please consider that most features in the plugin are free, and asking the user to do a few clicks should be acceptable.
