Pretty Links Not Showing on Main Page Tab

I’ve used Pretty Links for a long time, and it has worked very well until recently.

While the links are still working, I am no longer able to see them from the Pretty Link tab in my WordPress dashboard. I’ve attached a screenshot.

I have cleared the hits and repaired the MySQL database, but neither of these fixed the problem.

I’m concerned that there seems to be a table missing as the only ones I see are:
wp_jh4ah8_prli_groups
wp_jh4ah8_prli_links
wp_jh4ah8_prli_link_metas

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, but that did not correct the issue either.

Any help would be very much appreciated!
