    Pretty gallery links don’t work

I’ve created an album and set to use “pretty” gallery link format. But once the album is embedded, clicking on a gallery just redirects to the same post. Example:

    https://www.gamebits.net/2015/03/10/pax-east-2015-photos/

The first album link points here, but it just redirects to the above URL:

    https://www.gamebits.net/2015/03/10/pax-east-2015-photos/gallery/pax-east-2015

I’ve tried re-saving my permalinks, disabling all non-Foo plugins, switching to the Twenty Nineteen theme, and removing any added lines in my .htaccess file, all to no avail.

Changing the gallery link format to “querystring” works around the issue, but I’d prefer not to do that.

I’m running WordPress 5.2.2, PHP 7.3, and FooGallery Premium 1.6.1.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I appear to be having the same issue detailed here.

I have no page on my site entitled “gallery”. Changing the gallery slug to “hello” doesn’t fix the issue, either.

Running curl -I on the second link in my original post returns a 403, not a 404.

    Thanks! Will do.

In the meantime, I’ve updated my albums to use querystrings and have created a regex redirect to point

    (.*)\/gallery\/(.*)

    to

    $1\/\?gallery=$2

    Not ideal, but functional!
