• While Elementor definitely is a premium Page-builder for WordPress, I made 2 very sad experiences.

After trying the free version I couldn’t resist to get my hands on the pro version because of the support for dynamic content and Toolset, as it was mentioned as a feature on their Site.

Oddly I then discovered that at the time of writing this review Toolset support is just partially implemented. I think that this should have been mentioned clearly on their feature list, so I would have had lower expectations.

Well this then led to bad experience #2 when I committed the error to try their support with a clear formulated question about if and when the pointed out features are on their roadmap.

As a reply the support asked to get access and login credentials to the site, which made me wonder if they even did read the ticket, which did include the links to the Toolset documentation which pointed out exactly the part (the missing support for making Toolset content templates) my question was about.

So I hope they will clearly state their features of the pro version in the future and massively work on their support quality, specially when people subscribe for their product.

    Updated:

But now the nagging stops, because else this is undeniably best or second best Page-builder available for WordPress. Specially when upgrading to the Pro version, which lets you easy design Websites in WP without the restrictions of a rigid template just the way you want it.
