# "press this" bookmarklet problem

 * Hello,
    the “press this” bookmarklet doesn’t work properly: I put the button 
   on my preferred bar on Safari 8.0.4 and when i click on it opens a new window
   with the article but it doesn’t show video or images to embed and after few seconds
   it logs me out from my wordpress site. The log in form appear in the new article,
   but when i sign in with my credits, it doesn’t let me log in, i have to close
   the new window and the log in from my wordpress site. Can you help please? Thank

    - Are you using the current version of Press This? (It doesn’t have support 
      for fetching images, the new one in 4.2 – which is in beta – does).
    - Are you using Mac OS X? If so, what version?
    - Do you experience the same behavior in Mozilla Firefox or another browser?

   the 4.1 bookmarklet**

    **OS X Yosemite 10.10.2 (14C1514)**
 * Do you experience the same behavior in Mozilla Firefox or another browser?
    **
   Yes….same problem with Firefox**

 * It is quite possible that one of these plugins is conflicting with normal Press
   This operation.
 * If disabling plugins will not cause problems for your production site, disable
   all plugins and see if the issue persists. If it goes away, it means there is
   an issue with one of the plugins. The next step would be to enable them one by
   one to see which plugin is at fault.
 * If disabling plugins on your production site would cause problems, try cloning
   the site to an alternate domain or a subdomain where you can experiment without
   interfering with your users’ experience.
