“Press It” Links To Manage Page Instead Of Opening New Post

When I click on the “Press it” link it takes me to the “manage posts” page instead of starting a new posting. It just does exactly what it would do if I clicked on the “manage” link from the dashboard.

Strangly enough, if I click on “Press it” a second time, from the “manage” page, it will open a new post with a link to the “manage” page.

I have reinstalled the “Press it” bookmark several times and it does the same thing.
