Presets won’t save

The site says updated on the backend but when we go to the front end the preset has not saved. When we refresh the editor side its reverted to preset 1.

I see similar a similar question regarding theme settings. Was there any solution?

Most of our other plugins are Tutor or Woocommerce, and we did send in a support ticket
