Preset Featured Images Problem

    Hello,
    Preset Featured Images is not working.
    I used the plugin successfully and set Preset Featured Images a couple of months ago.
    Last month I tried to add a new image but did not let me do it.

    Today I have deleted old images and by mistake I also deleted the Preset Featured Images so I tried to do it again but the section of the plugin only loads the title.

    I deleted and re installed the plugin and it still only show the title of the section Preset Featured Images.

    That is strange because I installed, for the first time, the plugin on another site with same theme and plugins and there the Preset Featured Images works normally.

    Do you know how to solve this problem?

    What happened when the plugin “did not let me do it”? Was there any message?

    no message, simply it stopped working.
    And also after “disable”, “delete”, and “install” again it simply returns the title of the plugin section
    “Quick Featured Images: Preset Featured Images”
    when I try to load that section

    Very strange. I can not reconstruct that on my servers. May I take a look at your backend? You can mail me the login credentials to m dot stehle at gmx dot de.

    Just a idea: is there insufficient memory for PHP scripts on the server? Can you increase it?

    Thank you for the login data. Over 2.000 tags is a huge amount. The plugin tries to load them all. That needds memory space. Maybe the current available memory limit is too low for that mass of tags.

    Hello,
    I increased php memory limit in WHM from 32M to 1000M, then I deleted and reinstalled the plugin but the problem is still there.

    Ok, even 2000+ tags are too much for 1000 MB. Do you want to use featured images by given tags?

    Hi,

    I did some work on the site, including optimizing database with wp-optimize and deleting some useless tags.
    Now the section of the plugin is working.
