Presentation Link not working

    I did a default install of WordPress 1.5 and can not get the Presentation Link to work. I don’t have access to the weblogs unfortunately. When I click on the presentation link for themes.php I get nothing returned to the browser.

    Do you have ftp access ?
    Can you delete, then reupload everything in the /wp-admin/ directory ?

    I tried that several times, including putting things into another directory and changing permissions even to 777 at one point. I did have something strange that might be related. The plugins page had the same problem until I uploaded my 1st plugin for a total of 4 plugins. Any less than 4 plugins installed it causes the same issue with that tab. The rest of the system seems to work perfect.
