PreSales send data to custom url question

I have a question on send data to custom url- I need a form to redirect to a 3rd party php url, and send a couple fields to it to provide them with the form data (it’s a lead company). AND I don’t want the end user to wind up on lead company’s redirected post php page. Does your plug in allow for custom data posting like this and the ability to do message or other end user confirmation page?

I’ve tried this with Gravity Forms and it just won’t even do the redirect to 3rd party.
