The WooFunnels checkout form works on the top of the WooCommerce and uses the same process as the WooCommerce native checkout form. To create an order form, you must activate the WooCommerce plugin on your site.
The Optin step and Sale page step don’t require WooCommerce to create these steps.

Hi. Thanks much. So i can use the sales pages and link the user to my own order form?
And one question more. Does WooFunnels have an newsletter / Email tool like mailster included? And do i have a report where i can see the user behavior?
I like to have landing pages where the prospect can sign up for a newsletter. He get a newsletter with a different page to visit.
Now i like to see if the prospect clicked the link in the mail and what the prospect have looked at on my website.
