Good morning, i couldn’t find anywhere else to ask these. I’m doing research on a ticket management system, so users could login and see an update on the status of their scooter being repaired. This looks like it could serve that purpose, however i wanted to know the following:

    – Is it possible to put tickets in a queue and note the order they are currently in?
    – If so, is it possible to edit that queue order, for example, we want to give users an option to pay for premium service which would put them at the front of the queue.

    Hi Nate,

    – One way to achieve this would be, if you’re creating the orders manually in the admin, to just create order numbers that are in sequence. Then, in the “Orders” tab, you could click the “Order Number” heading to sort your orders by order number.

    – Unfortunately, there isn’t really a way to do this. You can have customers pay for orders created within this plugin. But there’s no way to alter the order number or the order in which they show in the admin table based on whether or not they pay or make a specific selection in the order.
