When either adding a new feed or editing an existing feed, I cannot apply any wording to the above areas. I have looked in the settings for feed to post and cannot find anything to tick or untick. Please let me know what is wrong. Thank you.

Since you are using our premium add-ons (Feed to Post), please open a premium support ticket.

Eric – I am new to this. How do I submit system information and error log in order to file a ticket?

Hi @wespetersen, when you go to the support page, select “Support Request” then “Other”. You can attach the files at the bottom, you’ll see two options.
