    Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry for the trouble you are experiencing, we’re eager to get this resolved for you.

    We do our best to respond to all support requests within 24 hours, with the only exception to this being weekend when our offices are closed.

    Would you be able to share a site link, your name, or some other way for me to find your support ticket? This will allow me to check for your ticket and ensure it gets dealt with as a priority. It’s not unlikely that it has been responded to but may not have gotten through to you due to a spam filter, for example.
