    When I purchased the premium version, I had a couple of questions that were promptly responded to (although not answered). Since then, I have been unable to get any response. Their videos show a few premium options that are NOT available on my paid premium plugin.. And no one from their support seems to know why – or is willing to provide workarounds for that.

    The plugin seemed to have potential….but as of now, it takes longer to get this to display things the way I want than to do it through simple wordpress pages and parent pages.

    Sorry you are having difficulty with the plugin. We pride ourselves on offering great support and are surprised to hear this. If you look at the support forum for any of our plugins, you’ll see that we are very responsive and work with the users of our plugins to help them be able to use the plugins the way they want to. Of course, just as with any other plugin, not everything will be possible out of the box. If what you want to do isn’t possible, then we try to come up with an alternative or workaround. Sometimes, the plugin or product just isn’t the right fit for a certain project. If that’s the case, we’d hope you wouldn’t feel that it’s reflective of the level of support we strive to provide, but, rather, just a bad fit.

    If you’d like to share with us what you’re trying to do that you aren’t able to using the built-in options, we can let you know if that will be possible and perhaps suggest an alternative or workaround.

    And also, which videos reference elements that are not in the plugin?
