  • If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased this plugin as it looked to do everything I wanted and leverage Imigx. It was also less expensive than similar plugins. However, as soon as I installed in and activated it, I got a WordPress error that there was a conflict with Presto Player. I emailed the support “team” about 5-6 days ago now and haven’t had a single response and have requested a refund. It appears that this plugin is a money grab for this developer and it’s abandoned. If you look on their forums, you’ll find that many others have had poor customer service as well. So, it’s not a one off thing. I gave the developer(s) until the end of the week before I file a dispute with my credit card company. I doubt I’ll hear anything and even if I do, I honestly don’t want to use the plugin as I can’t possibly rely on support should another issue arise. I’ve purchased a lot of plugins/themes and sometimes they don’t work out, but this is one of the first times that I’ve experienced such poor customer support for a paid plugin.

    So do yourself a favor and avoid this plugin.
