  • We’re having this problem too, and there’s no contact information for the developers on their premium plugin ad website.

    This problem is seriously delaying our work – not what we expect from a premium product at all 🙁

    I just wanted to add that the the Developer got back to me within 3 hours with an API key. Yes, maybe it should have been included with the Premium version, but this guy really cares about supporting his product. After several hours of trying to get it to work with my theme I couldn’t do it. You can’t expect a plugin to work with every theme out there, I understand that and was expecting to just eat the $10., but the developer did something unexpected and refunded my money! I’m certain if had I asked him to help me figure out how to make his plugin work with my theme he would have taken the time to get it to work – that’s exceptional service!

    That’s good news – fingers crossed the developer will get back to us soon. of course we understand that not all plugins can work with all themes, that’s completely understandable 🙂

    I do think that contact details need to be displayed a little more prominently though, on both the developer’s site and maybe included in the confirmation email, especially considering that quite a few people seem to be having problems with the premium version.

    I ordered the Premium verssie of mouseover It asks me for an API key to make it work. Where can I find it? – It’s nowhere in your “Read me” text files.

    Really sucks when you buy a plug-in and can not use. and no one can reach it can solve

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
