I apologize if this is a repeat.. I didn’t see another similar thread. I previoiusly used the free version and had no problem embedding docs. I recently upgrading to Premium to have the embed folder option. The Premium version seems to be properly configured (activated with key) and the Free version is deactivated, but not deleted.

My problem is that when in a new page (or old one for that matter), I select the “Add Google File” and the popup box only shows “Loading”. I never see that it has properly loaded my Google account.

I hadn’t created a page recently under the Free version, so I’m not sure if the “Loading..” problem is related to the upgrade. I did update the Google Apps Login beforehand.

    I appreciate your help!

  • Thank you for your message. It sounds like either:

    1. There is another browser window open where it is simply waiting for you to connect to Google

    or

    2. There is a Javascript conflict with another plugin. To look for this, please open the Javascript Console through your browser’s Developer Tools then try the ‘Add Google File’ process again. Make a note of any error messages.

In any case, please could you get in touch via email – contact@wp-glogin.com – where I will be better able to help. I may not pick up further replies here.

    Regards,

    Dan
