I’ve been able to test on Genesis 2.3.0 using Mindstream and Pretty Creative and things work fine: http://imgur.com/a/MyZpQ. I don’t have a copy of Thesis, but I will see if I can somehow test on that too.
There shouldn’t be any compatibility issues unless Thesis is doing something it shouldn’t with the content. What are you seeing/not seeing?
Finally – what browser/OS/version of Tailor are you using?
On both sites, I am only seeing the Customizing -> Tailor -> Layout when using the Customizer. Clicking “Tailor this Page/Post” has no effect. – http://i.imgur.com/levwdrH.png
Used Chrome/Firefox/Safari on Mac, FF/Chrome on Windows – all the same result.
I can’t seem to have the plugin working on genesis (parallax-pro theme)
Whenever there have been issues, it’s been a conflict with another plugin (like Super Cache). That one is now known and I will release a compatibility fix for that today.
Just in case, could you please perform a quick test for me: try disabling your other plugins (particularly those that could conceivably mess with the content like caching plugins) and let me know if it works? If we can identify which are causing problems, I can then create a fix 🙂

I have the SG (SiteGround) cache plugin which I disabled but the problem remains.
On both sites (Thesis 2.2.3 with the Classic Responsive Skin and on Genesis 2.3.0 with the Mindstream Child Theme), disabling all plugins except for Tailor had the same result – it doesn’t show the drag and drop boxes like shown in the plugin screenshots.

So to confirm, you are both on the edit screen in the administrator section and clicking on the “Tailor this Page” link in the Admin Bar? You’re then seeing nothing?
If you navigate to a page in the frontend and add “?tailor=1” to the end of the URL, does that do anything?
Couple of final questions:
Are you running multisite or have any other unusual setup?
Are you both administrators (or some other special role)?

I am the administrator of the website and it is a simple installation (not a multisite)
I cannot get a screenshot right now because I’m in a job environment but it basically doesn’t do nothing.
The menu of the plugin opens normally, and I can see the elements but the drag and drop feature does not function.
I tried with another browser (IE) and I can drag but not drop.
@eagleeye101 – Your problem is likely to be different to Kevin’s then. Which browser and version of Tailor are you using?
I am using firefox but I tried last night with chrome too. I have the latest update of the plugin (Version 1.2.7)
It seems to be working on the Genesis site now – somehow! I really don’t know. It must be related to disabling and then enabling the plugins.
On the Thesis site, I just don’t get any response when clicking “Tailor this Page” besides the URL adding the ?tailor=1 to the end.

I’ve obtained a copy of Thesis and added compatibility for it in the latest version of Tailor (1.3.0), along with a lot of other updates! Can you take a look and see if it works for you too?
