Premium Theme gives blank page after install

I have bought a premium template but I cant get any support. I install it and it gives a blank page. I have attached the template for anyone who also would like to use it.

I read on other posts that its a problem in the files there is a blank space or something. I am not sure I checked all the code found nothing. Can anyone else test if it works for them to know if its a host problem or server.
