# PREMIUM SUPPORT?

 * I ordered a premium support token and registered the details of my request. I
   received nothing until I sent a follow-up email a week or so later. And that 
   was just a follow-up “do you mean you want…?” query (which I replied to as it
   was incorrect). Since then I have heard absolutely nothing.
 * If you charge for Premium Support (as you do) then you have a duty to deliver
   the service as promised. What do I have to do to get support from you guys???
 * I’m sure other members of the forum will take note of the poor value for money
   I am receiving…

 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their
   site.

 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products).
   As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you 
   there.
