 * I have also had issues getting any reply from premium support since November (
   via email or their chat on website).
 * It is beginning to feel like this has been abandoned. (But they did post around
   black friday with a promotion). It just seems they are not supporting anything
   right now which is getting frustrating.

 * I dont understand they are still accepting payment and selling this plugin but
   you can’t reach support… and they abandoned it? I’m going to dispute it on my
   charge. NOT happy.
