    Hello,
    I’ve purchased the basic license, which contains premium support. I have created 2 tickets since then (3 days ago and 24 hours ago), and so far not a single word of response from you. When can I receive some of the support I paid for? See ticket #2155469

    We are very sorry to hear this. Our maximum response time is between 2 and 5 days depending on weekends or holidays but on the working days we give our best to respond as soon as possible, usually in 24 hours. Depending on the number of tickets this time can sometimes extend. This mistake is on our side and we will give our best that this doesn’t happen again.

    Hi,
    thank you for your reply. It would have been nice to know at least what the standard max response time is. I did not see that anywhere on the site, it just said “premium support”…I have received response about an hour ago, so you can mark this as resolved.
