There is no such email. Do you use your own mail system or do you use gmail, yahoo etc.?

This is not new: When you get a topic to support your paid customers provide them a means to contact you. Then the topic will be closed.
You know that you cannot support your customers in these forums. That’s not fair to the other authors who follow the rules. Please contact the plugins team if you continue to be unclear about this.
