    The WordPress.org forums are completely separate from your paid services and moderators actively discourage authors that mix the two up.

    It should not be surprising to see no reply regarding commercial services on the WordPress.org forums.

    I understand, however as it is a plugin that is listed in the official directory and contains paid services, is important because all publicly alerts apparently I’m not the only one with problems.

    Actually I don’t expect solve this problem around here, I’m trying various other means of contact, my goal is to call attention to the neglect.

    Can you explain further by what you meant by “contains paid services”?

    I see. Just note that plugin authors/ contributors may not pay the same attention to their premium support services compared to WordPress.org forums. For instance seeing that a WordPress.org forum thread has no reply for weeks does not necessarily reflect on their commercial services.

    Ahhh.. understood, but the answer that I was referring to, was not here on the Forum, and Yes to e-mail sent directly to W3 edge, as well as the case of the abelcreative.

    Dear,

    Take great care with the premium service advertisements of this plugin, you pay and they simply no longer meet. My feeling is of money stolen or thrown away.

    I also cannot get a reply from these guys about the premium services I paid for. I requested the service and paid for it 5 days ago, but have heard nothing from them, not even an automated email. This doesn’t sound good. . .
