    I’m using the [ultimate-faq-search show_on_load=”Yes”] shortcode and have 2 issues:

    1. I’d like to customize the search form, change its placeholder and add a search button. Is that possible?

    2. Once users search, how do they go back to all results? Clearing the search box and pressing Enter doesn’t show all results, it just shows the last search results.

    Hi yarivhab,

    1A) To get the search button to show, you’ll need to have “FAQ Auto Complete Titles” set to no and not have “show on load” enabled in your shortcode.
    To have the button appear and still be able to use these two features, you’ll have to manually edit conditional IF statement in the Shortcodes/Display_FAQ_Search.php file (note: in the current version it’s located around Line 82)

    1B) To change the placeholder, go to “Settings” -> “Labelling” and add your new text under the “Enter your question” box.

    2) Could you send us the URL of your FAQs page so we can test it out?
