thank you for your feedback. Please make sure to fill in all required fields, and the field where it says ‘Due to European regulations, we have to ask you to confirm your location.’ as well as accepting the terms and conditions checkbox.
If you did all this, please let me know, I am already investigating the issue.

Hello thank you for looking into it. I’ve had both the location confirmation and also the terms and conditions checked. When I click to purchase, I get a red bar at the top that says: PayPal error (2): An error (2) occurred while processing your PayPal payment. Please contact the store owner for assistance.
When I try a credit card, I receive this error: An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment. We get this error with two different credit cards.

Just tried to add my credit card into the account (AMEX) and get this error: Status code 81703: Credit card type is not accepted by this merchant account.
But we also tried a VISA yesterday and that didn’t work either 🙁

AMEX is currently not supported. However, PayPal and Visa should work. Might I ask which country you selected in the checkout?
