Premium Plugin Installation Fails – No Support

    I purchased the premium plugin after having an email conversation with the Muneeb, the plugin developer. After assuring me, by answering my questions, that the plugin was good for my project, we purchased it.

    Since purchasing the plugin, and it fails to install (tried on multiple wordpress sites), I contacted the developer at least 5 times in the last 9 days and have not received one response.

    Does anyone on here have a clue how to get this thing to install correctly?

    If you are in need of a slider plugin, I suggest that you do your research as this is the first experience of the sort that I’ve had with any plugin, let alone a premium plugin in my six years experience with WordPress.

    I finally received support. Since, I have setup the plugin and can’t tell you how happy I am with this product. If you need a fully customizable slider that allows you to create 100% html slides, or non html slides, this is the one for you.
