One Yesterday, and one today. but I never got a reply.
The Plugin is not buggy. It is missing a feature that you require, If some feature of your requirement is not available in plugin, you can’t call it buggy. You can use forum to send feature request. It is working as expected and according to the demo presented.
Here are the contents of the email I sent today:

If you want a refund, there is no problem, we can issue a refund.
That being said, If you want us to resolve this, we need further explanation to the issues.
1. Can you please provide some details about when the widgets are not loading. Are you using some special refresh mechanism, if so, we shall need more details to that.
2. Recipe cards do not show multiple images. Only the recipe page shows the multiple images in the carousel. Example: https://boorecipes.com/recipe/greek-olive-pesto-and-fried-zucchini-grilled-pitas/
3. Search Filters allow the custom taxonomies associated with the recipe i.e category, cuisine, Skill Level. “Cooking Method” is not in the taxonomy, so it cant be used for filters. in demo, we never showed “Cooking Method” for the filters.
4. Can you please give some screenshots where on mobile the images are not displaying?
To Troubleshoot, I would recommend you create a staging site and activate some default theme and deactivate other plugins to see if these issues still persist.
