    Hi,

    My money has been deducted buy still I am not able to use the premium version. Could you help me with the same?

    Hey!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We can see that you’re accessing the MalCare free plugin in the WordPress admin dashboard of your website. In order to access MalCare Pro, you would need to visit app.malcare.com/users/signin & then install our MalCare Pro plugin.

    Once you install the plugin, our systems will run another scan of the website after which you will be able to utilize all the Premium features you signed up for.
