When activating the mega menu widget, some of my pages won’t load properly anymore. Opening Elementor leads to an infinite loading screen.

When checking the console log while on the loading screen, it returns the following:

The version says 4.9.21, but that’s because in my troubleshooting, I tried to roll back to a previous version. Both versions have the same issue.

Edit: Also, I should have a high enough PHP memory limit and execution time (256mb and 300, respectively).

Edit 2: In case it helps, you can find the error in the consol log via staging.zapfloorhq.com

    Hi @nicolasko,

    Thanks for contacting Leap13 support!

Could you please share a screenshot for sticky option in Mega Menu widget settings, so I can check things further from my end?

    Regards

Aha! Pointing out the sticky settings was super helpful. It seems activating sticky via the widget as well as the section, causes this issue to occur. All fixed now, thank you!

    Hi @nicolasko,

Great, I’m so glad that everything is working just fine with you now.

Please feel free to check our widget documentation > How to Create a Sticky Menu in Elementor? to get more information about creating sticky header (menu) in Elementor.

If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to feed me back anytime
It would be great if you could please do us a BIG favor by rating Premium Addons for Elementor on our WordPress page.

    Regards
