  • Hello,

    Yesterday I purchased a second single premium license. The first one was purchased about a month or so ago.

    When I login to my Wordfence dashboard, it says I have 0 premium licenses available.

    I submitted a support ticket yesterday with my username and my transaction # and have not had a reply. What is your turnaround time on support replies to paying members?

    I’m sorry but these forums are not for commercial plugins., Only free plugins downloaded from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/

    Please try contacting the plugin’s developer directly regarding commercial support.

    Thank you, I did that. Their support is very slow. I guess I would have hoped the developer comes here to check for those needing help. I know developers of other plugins do, even with a free version.
