  • I was happy overall with the basic functionalities, so I purchased the bundle at $320 to gain access to extensions such as “Social Verification”. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work, and their support website does not allow me to contact them.

    The contact form in their website returns:
    >VALIDATION ERRORS OCCURRED. PLEASE CONFIRM THE FIELDS AND SUBMIT IT AGAIN.

    But no matter what I try, it doesn’t work. And there is no email, so I cannot contact them. Very frustrating.

    My problem with Social Verification:

    ERROR 500 when using Linkedin Social Login for Vendors

    When vendors click on CONNECT TO LINKEDIN in “Verification” panel, they access /dashboard/vendor-verification/?auth_in=linkedin with an HTTP ERROR 500.

    Hi @taigmc, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue and couldn’t connect us. We will look into the validation issue.

    Regarding the error, can you please enable the debug mode (this link might help you out with this – https://help.one.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005594045-How-do-I-enable-debugging-in-WordPress-) and check if you see any error at the time of connecting vendor.
    Please share that error message with us.

    Alternatively, please do send us an email on this id: contact@wc-marketplace.com, so we can inspect the issue on your site and resolve that also.
