Premium edition – Mailchimp not recording names

    Hi,

    I’ve got the ‘Easy coming soon’ plugin set up to work with Mailchimp. Everything is working really well except…

    I have the names fields (first name and last name) visible on the plugin form but these are not recorded in Mailchimp when someone subscribes and confirms their subscription.

    If I check the ‘required’ box for these fields in Mailchimp, it results in an error message appearing when someone enters their name in the plugin form.

    How can I get Mailchimp to record the names of subscribers?

    Thanks Ankit but I’ve tried posting on the forum at the link above without success.

    There doesn’t appear to be any way to register for an account and it won’t accept the login details I received when I purchased the premium edition.

    How can I post a comment on that forum?
