Yes, Hannah looks at this support thread a lot.
Everything’s gone. But, good idea, I’ll email her on her site.
Is that what you mean? It’s just Hannah’s Theme so not sure what you mean by her Vendors?

Yes Hannah does help out a lot and she is an amazing person, but I think she knows she’s not allowed to help out with her commercial products here. I mean, not supposed to use the WordPress.org forums to support her commercial products – if she is the author.
Ohhhh, Yes, I remember seeing a post about that recently.
I did send her an email. Perhaps I shoulda left well enough alone. I did want the end-to-end slider and couple other things.
I also emailed my Host Tech Support –it took me 3 times but found the Very Best Hosting ppl–and they may be able to help…from 1 of my Backups.

Just to keep following you along. I’ve already replied to your email. And other posts here. It only sounds like you didn’t upload the theme correctly. This doesn’t mean that you lost any data or that you will need to start over. Just need to remove whatever you installed and install the theme correctly.

Your Theme is so much better than 99% of these Plugin “authors” that have horrible non-working products.
We are happy to have paid you for it and even if I can’t get the slider to work, it is fine for us.
I would prefer we email each other thru my email or your link and not here.
It downloaded, including all the other programs.
