 * Hi,
 * I paid for the premium bundle today and I get message that in the left menu in
   dashboard the extra options will be available after buying premium bundle, but
   nothing changed. Can I also get some mail with code of purchase and an invoice
   please? Strange this doesn’t come automatically…
