Hi @aakrealtor
Thanks for contacting our support π
We are so sorry for any inconvenience you’re having, I will do my best to help
you getting this resolved ASAP.
I’m currently trying to reproduce the issue on my end. I believe this can happen due to a conflict between Premium Addons and one of the installed plugins.
So, could you please provide a screenshot from the active plugins. You can find that by navigating to your WP Dashboard -> Premium Addons for Elementor -> System Info -> Active Plugins section.
By the way, I believe the widgets are loaded into your editor page, but they are not added to a specific category. You can find all the widgets by searching with the keyword “Premium” in editor panel search bar.
Regards
Thank you for your response. My site is completely updated. I am using the latest versions of WordPress and PHP. My Astra theme was just updated this morning and all my plugins are up-to-date.
In response to your communication I ran two tests this morning:
(1) I searched using the term “premium” and 24 premium addons appeared, so they are being loaded as you suspected.
However,
(2) I disabled all my plugins except for Elementor and Premium Addons for Elementor and your plugin’s directory of addons still did not appear when I entered a page in Elementor edit mode.
Therefore, it does not appear that the issue is related to any of my plugins.

Hi @aakrealtor
We just have released a couple of hours ago (v4.0.5). Could you please update your version and let me know if the issue is resolved?

Hi. I have just run into the same problem again. The addons section for your plugin is not appearing on Elementor pages. I made sure that the following lines of code are properly installed in the WP-CONFIG.PHP file:
set_time_limit(300);
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘300M’)
Please help. Thanks.

Hi @aakrealtor
I’m so sorry for any inconvenience you are having, but actually, we didn’t make any changes in our code after resolving this issue.
May I ask did you try with all plugins deactivated except Elementor and Premium Addons?
