# Premium activation?

    I just bought the “Stop Spammers Premium – Single Site”, but I didn’t get
   an activation key, just a link to download the plugin. How or when do I get the
   key for activation?

    I have already described the problem there,
   but unfortunately received no answer. So I tried to get help from the forum. 
   I am a little disappointed! Don’t get me wrong, the program is great. But unfortunately
   the support as a premium user is not.

 * Did you only just email for help today?
 * It’s the weekend, there’s only two of us, and I also happen to be sick at the
   moment. Plus, I was just added back to the support team by the new owner in a
   more official capacity again, so we still need to get my credentials sorted for
   that.

 * Hi Bryan, I thought it might take some time because of the weekend.
    It’s not
   that bad either. I just wanted to find out in the forum whether other buyers 
   had the problem of not getting a license key after the purchase. The program 
   works anyway, even without premium. I can wait that long. Then I wish you a nice
   weekend and get well soon.
