 * Is there any chance of a premium / paid version? I’m interested in commercialising
   listings. For example, being able to visually modify a listing through colour
   or size of marker?

 * A premium version will be available a few weeks after I release version 2.0 which
   will hopefully be soon.
 * In the premium version you can assign locations to different categories and use
   different markers for each category. But giving each listing a different background
   color will be something you would need to change through css.
