Preloading is just not working

    Hi,
    first of all: Thanks for this awesome plugin!

    I have trouble to get the preloading feature working. I have been googling the whole morning, but couldn’t find any solution.

    I left the settings to the defaults: 900s Intervals and 10 Pages per batch.
    Valid sitemap is provided an “Automatically prime the page cache” is checked.

    But when empty the cache and afterwards call any page, the preloading is not triggered. Only the cache of the requested page is loaded but nothing else.

    When the site is cached, it works like a charm but if not, time to first byte is about 4 sec. So I definately need the preloading…

    Can anybody help?
