# Preloader Loading & filter not working

 * I am trying to use this beautiful plugin. But this plugin is not working perfectly
   on my site. I need this feature very badly but don’t know why this is not working.
   It’s just loading and the filters are not sorting any item.
 * Can you please give me a solution as soon as possible?

 * We have checked your page and we have found a js error on your site.
 * Make sure Jquery is loading in the header, not in the footer from the theme’s
   settings.

 * I am sure that the jquery is loading from the header. But still no luck.
