    Hi there.

I’ve just purchased the Preloaded add on which seems to be working however it doesn’t seem to follow to the preload amount I put in. The shortcode below makes the preload posts equal 10 not 5,

    [ajax_load_more category=”case-studies” preloaded=”true” preloaded_amount=”5″ posts_per_page=”5″ button_label=”More Case Studies”]

I’ve tried it without the posts_per_page tag and its still the same.

Any help would be appreciated 🙂

    Hi Ben,
Sounds like its loaded 5 preloaded and then 5 via ajax on page load.

Try setting pause="true" to solve this issue.

    Hi dcooney

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I added the pause=”true” and it works however it now doesn’t automatically reveal more posts, you have to click the button to do so.

I was hoping to have to reveal the posts automatically, is there anything else we can try?

    Hi Ben,
No sorry, that’s really the only option other than leaving it how it is.

    Hi dcooney

I understand. I was hoping to achieve this with the add on thats why I purchased it.

Would it be possible to get a refund?

    Thanks

    Ben
