# Preliminary help needed

 * I plan to transfer the following site to WordPress and need some advice before
   proceeding: [http://www.tempforcestaffing.com](http://www.tempforcestaffing.com)
   
   It will have 3 different sections each will have a secure login and a blog page.
   It will have a landing page where the employer / job seeker choice is made and
   then a cookie is set to deliver return visitors to their area. It will have a
   jobs plugin where employers will list available jobs. Possibly Buddy Press will
   be used for the in-house staff section “blog” or community. 1. How to I achieve
   the 3 section/secure login and blog page for each? 2. How do I set that cookie
   from the landing page? 3. Do you have recommendations on the jobs plugin? (I’ve
   reviewed several) 4. Will Buddy Press present any complications with the above?
   5. Can you see any other potential or certain snafus that I need to be aware 
   of? I have created several WordPress sites, but none this complex. Your input
   will be greatly appreciated.

 * 1) I would suggest MultiSite – [http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network](http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network)
 * That would make three separate sites 🙂
 * 4) Only in that BuddyPress is GENERALLY sitewide, so you may need private groups
   or the multi-network BuddyPress plugin which I can’t find igth now…

 * I followed your link and found this note toward the bottom:
    **User Access** 
   By design, all users who are added to your network will have subscriber access
   to all sites on your network. Stupid question, I’m sure, but what does that mean?

 * It means they can read the other sites.
 * You can adjust that same as any other WP site: [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/members/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/members/)
   for example. Activate it per site on your network, and make a new user role. 
   Only people in that role see anything.

 * Thank you so much. I read that you don’t consult. I would be a lot calmer about
   this work if I had the backup of a consultant. I have emailed 2 I found on the
   wordpress.org list but neither has responded. Do you know of a good consultant
   who would have time for an unknown amount of work on this job?
