prefill fields and text area maxlength

hi, would you be kind and please help:

• how to set the max length for the message textarea, where to place something like maxlength=”50″?

• also, how to prefill the Name and email fields as I have only subscribed, logged-in users who can access the form? That makes contact forms much more desirable for the users. 🙂
