I resync the database in the setting, clear all website data, flush the server cache, force reload browsers, and still doesn’t show up on new items. I got it to work once, but since then I can’t. any help?

also had some pre-purchase questions for the pro version I sent via email.
    1. what’s the difference between the subscription and the lifetime license for the predictive search woocommerce plugin.
    2. in the pro version, how many focus key words or phrases can I put per product?
I want to have a lot of “subject” keywords so anyone searching by many different terms can find the same product.
    3. can the text on the search results page “Viewing all Product Name search results for your search query…”
be changed to not say “product name” and say something else?
    4. also when you search and in the dropdown of items you have an option to see more search results in “product name”
i would like to change “product” to something else.

    is this possible?

    Hello romeoart

Just to update this – I have answered questions 1, 2, 3 and 4 in a reply to the email your sent from the product inquiry button.

Re the issues you are having seeing the new products – you need to go to the settings tab and the + Search Results No-cache options box and switch ON no cache while you are testing – see screenshot

As the help text explains on that option

While testing different setting and the results in search box dropdown you need to switch ON Results No-Cache On. Search box dropdown results are cached in local store for frontend users for faster delivery on repeat searches. Be sure to turn this OFF when you are finished testing.

If you do not switch that ON while you are testing you won’t see the results for repeat searches because they are cached on your computers localstorage – and so it don’t matter which browser you are using because it is not cached in your browser but in your machine.

This is done to save your server resources as repeat searches performed by a user are pulled from the cache on the users local machine which makes the results lightning fast for them and saves resources on your server as the query is not running on your database.

    Regards
    Steve
