# Predefined ticket replies?

 * your plugin looks exactly like what I need except one thing: I really do need
   the option for predefined replies to tickets. So that the support person can 
   simply click one a predefined reply option which is then sent as a reply to the
   user.
 * Or am I missing something and this option is already available?

 * thanks for your fast reply! There is quite a popular WP chat support plugin which
   has this feature so I was really hoping that your plugin would as well.
 * I am excited for the future updates which will hopefully bring this feature to
   your plugin (I might go for the PRO version then!)
