pre tags problem

I have a problem with W3 Total Cache and [pre] tags, for some reason when I turn on “Minify” it is minifying content within the [pre] tags! This is a serious issue as it stops me from using any of the minify features.

I’ve tried it with both “default” and “html Tidy”, both options do the same and I’ve looked into Tidy documentation and apparently that library skips around pre tags so I dont understand why in W3 this is not done.

Can anyone help me, example url below look at the code blocks.
